    我在VSCODE 内的终端下输入命令，如果是从中文输入法输入的，就会输入2遍，其实我只敲了一遍，很奇怪的，在系统内置终端内就没有这个问题。

    甚至在输入中文时，敲回车英文上屏，也会是两遍
