    全屏和不全屏的时候调节进度条没有问题，网页全屏的时候就有点了进度条没反映的情况。

    调节不了的时候，就最小化一下浏览器，我就是这么解决的。

    对,我也有这问题,就是deepin自带的那个浏览器,好像内核是谷歌浏览器,最小化一下能解决.
