sudo apt install systemsettings
2、打开KDE设置
第一种方式： 这种方式，会导致调整后，最小化的窗口时候会出现两次缩放动画，（大神指点，把压扁取消勾选就好了）
第二种方式：这种方式就很完美了
最终效果：

魔灯效果的速度有点快，晃眼，建议和苹果一样，只要有个特效出现，别嗖的一下就出现或者消失，感觉就不好看了。
