    建议深度账号关联一个自有的云空间，类似window10的onedrive，这样拥有多台电脑的人可用同一账号登录后进行一些文件操作。

    可以借助clouddrive  把各种云盘接入使用  具体可以自行百度  有linux版

    不过要达到协同OA的话 还是下载各种云盘的软件同步吧
