    按 Ctrl +Alt+F1 切换到 tty1，输入用户名按回车，输入密码按回车
    登录进去之后输入命令（按回车执行）
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
    执行后，遇到询问是否升级系统，按y 按回车
    不知能否修复？
