Do you mean you can't use input method in login windows? Or you can't change keyboard layout?

In latest 20.2.3 Beta version, the developers disable input method in login window purposely.

Because for us Chinese users, if fcitx is enabled in login window, then your password will be shown in input method indicator directly...... Anyway, that's dangerous......XD......

So I suggest that you should just change your password......XD......

If you mean you can't change keyboard layout, you need to feedback to forum admins, or just raise an issue on GitHub repo linuxdeepin/dde-session-shell.
