    情况复现

    1. 手机开热点，电脑可以正常连接，网卡驱动应该没问题

    2. 公司wifi已经绑定mac地址认证，电脑连接wifi选择指定设备mac地址，连接wifi后反复提示要输入密码，最后断开。

    3. 同一台电脑切换成Windows系统可以正常连接公司同一个wifi

     

    请问要怎么解决呢？

    安装新版系统吧，15.11已经放弃维护了，即使有问题大家也不记得当时怎么解决了，官方也不会为你更新了。

    我想上网我就得网速慢的时候ping这路由器ip地址，插网线，又用不了网，这就很尴尬。更新20.1以后一直有网络渣网事件
