    想安装个Linux Mint看看，官网下载页面有两种桌面环境：Mate和Cinamon，我是小白不太懂，请问一下这两个各自有什么特点吗？有截图就更好了，谢谢各位！

    前者基于gnome2，采用compiz实现混成效果。后者基于gnome3，采用mutter实现混成效果。

    那就安装看看，很简单的，我昨天晚上安装，今天就删了，cinamon桌面和windows很像很像，mate就不一样啊，要慢慢习惯，还是觉得deepin好用。。。。等正式版吧，测试版不折腾了

    Mint的MATE默认不带Compiz，Fedora的MATE定制版带Compiz。
    由于MATE兼容性最好，它当仁不让成为我的工作站的桌面环境。
