    The L2TP client in Deepin Linux is by default implemented based on xl2tpd + NetworkManager-l2tp. The Mandatory bit of the Protocol Version AVP (type=2) is a hardcoded setting at the xl2tpd source level (set to 1 by default per RFC2661), with no direct configuration option to modify it, resulting in dial-up failure.
