It seems like that your network is unstable and the download failed,  but I am able to install extensions by crx files.

Please install the crx file to use extensions.

Another observation I make is the following:

Will the default page of the Deepin Browser have its internationalized icons after opening, since the browser is available to users all over the world or will all links in the Chinese language remain? Will they create the possibility of being removed at the user's discretion?

I just installed Deepin and I'm having the same issue. Also I can't activate google search suggestions.
