    软件 中心搜索安装 Scribes
    然后找一个 txt 他会自动弹出一个窗口  选择 编码 点进去之后 把所有的 中文编码都选择 OK
    以后打开txt就不会乱码了
    截图以后有空在传 等待安装2014版本哟
