    请教下各位大佬，dell xps13-3970笔记本安装eepin v20无法识别引导
    用软碟通、官方制作工具等软件制作启动盘后，开机进入U盘，出现黑屏，左上角有个 _ 短横线，长时间无反应，这个应怎样处理？
    使用ubuntu可以进入安装界面
    更换新的U盘仍然不能安装

    UEFI还是BIOS方式引导的？两种中换一个方式试试看，还有就是BIOS里的安全引导选项选成”其他“或”非windows"试试。
