I have a PC running windows vista with AMD 64x2 32-bit.  Installation of Deepin runs up to disc partition and stalls.

More detailed description with some pictures or error messages will give those who want to help you to understand what problems are in front of you.

It is simple.  HP Compaq presario 5113wm with AMD 64x2 32-bit system has Windows Vista.  Install disc with Deepin 2013 and start install.  Internet connected=OK.  Selected "Install Deepin alongside them."  Window appears: Select drive (only one SCSI hard drive), and "Allocate drive space by dragging the divider below."  The "Back" and the "Continue" buttons are greyed-out.  Only the "Quit" button is available.  Cannot proceed with install beyond this point.  Disk partition/allocation cannot be done.  After waiting for ten minutes, nothing happens, so I click on "Quit."  Then it is frozen and the "Quit the installation" box hangs on the screen forever.  The "advanced partitioning tool" is unresponsive.

Gave up on Deepin 2013.  It could not partition/allocate my hard drive.  Used Ubuntu 12.10.  Ubuntu's installation had no difficulty partitioning/allocating hard drive.

I decided to abandon the original Windows Vista and use only Linux Deepin. I used the Ubuntu Kylin installation disc to format the HDD.  Then I used the Deepin installation disc to install and it was successful.  It looks great.
