关于txt在资源管理器里预览乱码的问题

windows上建立的txt文件，在gedit中打开好的，但是在桌面预览还是乱码的。auto_encoding
和shown_in_menu都设置了。怎么才能解决呢？我在ubuntu里也是乱码的

如果有单独设置encoding的地方，应该设置gb18030或者gbk系列，utf8的编码打开win下的txt文件肯定乱码
