surface pro 6在用clover移动硬盘安装deepin会自动添加deepin引导项

128G硬盘只能安装一个windows和一个macOS，所以deepin安装在了移动硬盘上，没想到安装完后进入clover发现多了一个deepin引导项和一个ubuntu引导项，不清楚这个ubuntu是从何而来的，是deepin的u盘安装工具直接修改的ubuntu的吗？
