    目的: 右鍵 直接新建 md 文檔

    通過以下帖子 解決了 該問題

    但是 發生了新的bug，bug 描述
    1. 桌面新建md 文檔
    2. 確認 文件名 雙擊md 文檔
    3. 保存文檔     後又要保存文件 且 和我創建的 文檔不一致   ##bug 出現在保存文檔

    論壇  發圖 順序  有問題， 大家 從 1.png  到  5.png  反過來看
    圖 1 - 3是添加 md tools typora 到 系統
    圖 4 -5 是添加 md   bug 重現
