单机右键出现菜单时

再移动鼠标到左上角------无法弹出控制面板

这个不算bug，当弹出右键菜单，事件的焦点就会被菜单抢走。

菜单这类都会独占鼠标和键盘事件，这个是约定俗成，没有问题
