我也刚碰到类似问题，请让我班门弄斧，抢先回答吧：

1. 先在终端中执行 launcher，然后把输出贴出到Bug管理处，管理团队会帮你处理的。若不行，则

2.清除系统缓存，在终端中执行：
rm -rf ～/.cache

重启下系统就好了。

浏览器看视频久了出现了一次，后来无论如何都没能重现。
觉得没方法报bug就作罢，没想到有同学出现一样问题。

好的，下次再出现我执行下，好像是开发vitrualbox后偶尔会出现，昨晚是第二次。

又出现了，一开始是鼠标移到右上角没有触发启动器，点击屏幕左下角图标也不行，
在命令行执行

launcher

Copy the Code

只显示一片白上帖子中的图
终端有输出

我这个开机时有时是空白，有时打不开，过一段时间就好了。

sudo killall launcher && launcher

终端之行下我给的命令，原理是杀了启动器再开启一次，这个bug我们内部重现过，这个bug我们会修复的，你的报错简单翻译就知道了

发射器的另一个实例正在运行

启动器是只可以运行一个实例的，但是当前运行的挂了，所以只能杀了重开。
