求助！安装最新12.12 提示 soft lockup - cpu#0 stuck for 23s

我先通过wubi 安装，结果重启后提示 finish installtion 倒数完了出现： soft lockup - cpu#0 stuck for 23s 。
然后通过u盘安装，结果也是同样的问题。网上有说是因为acpi的关系，我笔记本比较老，联想g430。
网上说通过修改启动参数可以解决，但我不知道怎么操作，有人能帮忙解决这个问题吗？或者教我如何修改启动参数。 谢谢！
