Deepin from 23.1 to 25 
已自行解决 不知道算不算BUG
切换用户，发现ok 觉得是桌面配置问题 最后在compizconfig里发现问题
compizconfig→常规选项→桌面尺寸↓
桌面数量
如果桌面数量大于1，则内存泄露，且桌面图标可以打开，不能拖动位置，无论拖到那里都会回到初始位置
目前就发现这个，ubuntu下设置一切ok，希望能完善。
