    first of all the printer and scanner work in the older versions; but now that i install  15.5  none of them work ; so i run the troubleshoot and it said for me to run <  su -c 'journalctl -u cups.service --since="None" --until="2017-12-14 19:58:10"' > troubleshoot-logs.txt > ; but then the terminal said ,jr@jr-PC:~$ su -c 'journalctl -u cups.service --since="None" --until="2017-12-14 19:58:10"' > troubleshoot-logs.txtPassword:
    su: Authentication failure
    jr@jr-PC:~$
    but i allready have install the drivers and as "sudo" they were install just like i done in the past ; any ideas or suggestions

    Have you tried Print Settings from Menu?
    Unlock it, and click Add, and once your printer is found, follow the instructions.

    what's the none of them work mean？ is it any error message popup？
    you can post cups log file "/var/log/cups/error_log" here.
