I installed nodejs with this command ....
curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_8.x

sudo
-E
bash
-
sudo
apt-get
install
-y nodejs
.... it is installed but not in Path how to add npm to Path?

If you installed nodejs from nodesource, npm would be located at /usr/bin/npm. And this is the default PATH for Deepin.
Could you please show "echo $PATH" result?

I remember this script was unable to complete the installation of nodejs on deepin,
you need add to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb https://deb.nodesource.com/node_8.x sid main
Copy the Code
and update ,import nodejs key
