    My deepin linux was installed  through U disk.

    Could you please try to launch deepin video player in the terminal:

    1. deepin-movie
    Copy the Code


    and see if there is any error message.

    Delete temporary files for deepin-movie player：
    1. rm -rf ~/home/.config/deepin-movie

    thanks but I guess İt still cant support Turkish subtitle encoding more than it cant download subtitle like Smplayer and Totem
