Font sizes driving me mad

I've changed the font size but apps like Chrome and filezilla and others all have UI fonts that do not match my selection. I went as far as trying gnome-tweak-tool but that made no change. How do i set things so the experience is consistent? This is my only complaint, otherwise Deepin is perfect for my needs.

Nor did I say you had to. The fact of the matter, however, is that the fonts are god awful and this fixes it. People are free to use whatever methods they want regardless of whether they are supported.  That's the beauty of Linux. It's important that people realize that this is an unsupported fix but they can still apply it if they choose to do so, just like I did.
