Hi, it depends on which version of Opera you installed and what method. The link you posted is for the original version of Opera that used a NPAPI flash plugin.
If you install the old version of Opera version 12.16 in Deepin. It will install flashplugin-nonfree. If you install the new version of Opera version 36 in Deepin. It will install pepperflashplugin-nonfree which seems to be out of date and needs to be updated. If you manually install Opera. it will automatically look in a Google Chrome directory for flash if no other flash was installed.
In the Deepin Store Deepin offers Opera-developer. I think it they should offer Opera-stable instead.
