USB monitor isn't recognized on Deepin

I can't access my USB monitor. It isn't recognized when I startup the computer. The below messages are in dmesg when I try to plugin in the USB cable.

This is such a beautiful distribution. But if it won't support a third monitor (USB) and the repositories continue to run as slow as they do, I'm afraid I won't be able to keep using it.

Aesthetically it's the best GUI distribution out there.
