How to create Xorg.conf configuration file in Deepin?

I tried Ubuntu manual. But it doesn't work because deepin uses another graphical interface I need to stop. So how to create Xorg.conf configuration file in Deepin?
Or u can tell me another way to turn V-sync off in Xorg radeon driver

Hi, I do not know what graphics card you have. Depending on your specific situation it might be best to wait on Deepin's up-and-coming new Linux kernel, and other Deepin Patches.https://bbs.deepin.org/post/30883 .
As far as information on Xorg.conf, Debian wiki's and also Arch wiki's are a good source of information.

Wow. I've eventually found out how to turn the vsync off. Adding this code to etc/drirc made the trick
