Hi!

Just a simple question! How to change the Login screen background?

I already install lightd greeter and recode the .conf file but it doesn't change.

If anyone already done changing login background. Please teach me..

It may be a simple question, but it seems very complicated to change the greeter wallpaper.

Yeah, so hard to find to file to change. If you find the solution please post it here and if I find it too. I will share it.

Here:

1) copy your image to this folder: /usr/share/images/desktop-base/
2) open terminal and run this: update-alternatives --config desktop-background
3) find your picture and select it with number, and this is best way to change background for your greeter
or

you can edit lightdm config files by hand of course
