I'm sorry for the late response, the problem was at the PC of my dad and I haven't seen him for the last weeks. But it was the worng setting in the sound tooltip popup. Thank you for your help!

Hello,
for some time no sound is played anymore at my Deepin. At windows there are no problems, the sound card works with Deepin and the sound system also accepts data ( I checked this with: aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav). At alsamixer it looks like all output channels are on full volume but I'm not shure which preferences are importand here. Hope you can help me :-)
