Hi, Welcome to the Deepin Forum. You could try reinstalling the control center and restart. I am not sure if that will help.
sudo apt-get install --reinstall dde-control-center

Here is some new information, Deepin just released a Deepin patch for dde-control-center. So you could just to the update instead of trying to reinstall.
