关闭不了显示器，挂起也不挂起用手动挂起，回来就卡了用不了只能玩打开的东西，还有网络也断了

我的是笔记本嘛，设置了5分钟关闭显示器，但关不了，设置了挂起也不会挂起。
如果手动挂起,系统就有出问题了用不了下面。时间、用户、网络、都点不了。就是卡死一样。
这个应该不是内核问题吧？
