    Hi everybody,

    I tried to install an Samsung  CLX 3175 IP  printer, everything was correct until the last step because Deepin asked for user and password...I tried with my user and pass but it didn't function.


    what's the problem.

    Idem , please a screenshot .

    And one more question .

    The username and password you ask , is the ( Deepin ) operating system or a user of the printer?
    Perhaps the printer is protected by password and user name.
