The PC boots perfectly but i won't be able to shut down or restart or even suspend the PC, to be exact its a Tablet-PC and everything works out of box except the shutdown and reboot functions here is some info about the hardware and deepin version:
OS: Deepin 15.1 64 Bits
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3520 @ 2.16GHz x 4
RAM:3.75GB

Not using privative drivers im using Open Source Ones(already tried closed source drivers and nothing)

I could really use help here since i moved from Windows to Ubuntu then to Debian and finally im with deepin all with the same issue except Windows of course.

Searching other forums and hp seems to be common problem with x360 and you have tried multiple Linux distros still same issue. We have users in this forum that have other tablet pc's and run Deepin 15.1 with no problem.
Possible swap is not getting deactivated or a mount is busy. Try from terminal and see if it turns off with this :
sudo shutdown -h now

May be a  hardware problem or a conflict with is on your hard drive. When your trying to power off you can check terminal output by pressing Esc key one time and look for any errors or hang ups. And also look at fstab to see if any mounts are there that should not be. Is windows or other Linux still on your hard drive ? How did you partition your Hard drive ? and did you set a swap partition ?

Deepin is the only OS in the hard drive, i think that there's no SWAP partition since i did it in expert mode since i wasn't able to remove the complete HDD i only created EFI partition and the Ext 4 partition, so i never configured a SWAP partition. and this is a screenshot of how it looks after pressing ESC.

Your system is locking up due to the LVM partition  Logical volume manager partitions are normally locked.
To be clear Deepin is the only thing you want on your hard drive ?
and you want a EXT4 format ?

Okay maybe the it has something to do with UEFI  I don't have one to compare. In your applications you can run Gparted an we can see what else if anything is on hard drive.

The partitions look okay. It is still uncertain what your problem is and whether a reinstall would do any good.  And maybe your EFI partition is faulty.

If you choose to reinstall. I would refer to install instructions as to whether you even need a UEFI setup or how to reformat the EFI partition. And maybe other members might have some suggestions as well.
