Try adding intel_idle.max_cstate=1 to kernel boot params.
For me it`s solved this problem.

Your processor is affected by the c-state bug which causes total freezes when the CPU tries to enter an unsupported sleep state. It's a problem for many Bay Trail devices especially with newer (4.*) kernels.

There is a simple workaround for this until it gets properly fixed upstream. You just need to pass a kernel boot parameter and the random freezing stops completely.

You do this by editing the configuration file for GRUB:

Boot Ubuntu and open a terminal by pressing ctrl+alt+t then type

sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
Find the line GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

This needs to be changed to include intel_idle.max_cstate=1

So after your edit it reads

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash intel_idle.max_cstate=1"

If you have other boot parameters already besides quiet and splash, just leave them alone.
Now save the file.

Now type

sudo update-grub
Then reboot

it seems that certain apps caused the crash. i experinced some sort  of similar cases when deepin crashed if i use chrome or other software. i suggest you set the xkill shortcut to make it easy to kill unresponsive programs.

Deepin crash when I use some applications like vlc, Deepin Film and Deepin User Feedback too. I'm note sure if it crash at idle time.

If it is not any one particular application causing a crash. Then I see you have found the Deepin User Feedback tool already , they will need your system information.

Random and persistent general system crash are frequently related to hardware fault/issues. You may want to check your RAM and disk for errors and consider updating the BIOS/UEFI to latest version if available. Also check if any hardware device require any firmware to be installed to function properly, namely chipsets, network, sound and graphics devices.

You can test hardware with some livecd, just boot on it and run various software for hour or maybe even more. You can even test RAM with livecd (maybe ubuntu or something).
