are you trying to install the 32bit or the 64bit version ?

I see what you mean now. I having trouble with some of my legacy programs now too. The older version of Deepin 2015 did  not have crossover and just the regular wine worked okay.  With Deepin 15.1 crossover wants to install my program but is not able too..  

COreldraw 32bit on Deepin 2015.1 32bit. And what did you do to handle the trouble?

I am still checking out Deepin CrossOver seems to be a very nice application for the average user. But I am not the average user I have very complicated wine setup with wine , wine staging and pipelight to run some business applications.  To run regular wine is not difficult , just install wine and mono-runtime. But before I could just double click the windows program and it would install. Now with CrossOver in there,  one needs to run winecfg and winefile and go to the folder with installer and double click the windows program and the installer pops up like before.

I tried your program CorelDraw11 and it would not install like you said. Now I am concerned about my programs if I ever need to do a clean reinstall of Deepin 15.1 on my workstation. And I am still testing things out on my test computer and will let you know. Your problem might be different than mine. I did find this link and says CorelDRAW11 is platinum but based on a very old version of wine and may not represent the current state of wine, and talks about copy DLL files to a folder to get it to work. you can read about it here :

I just installed Deepin 2014.3 into my other laptop, and then installed Coreldraw11 succesfully. I'm affraid have to downgrade my Deepin to older release. Right now I start to learn Insckape, hope it has same level compared to Coreldraw.

I am not sure what Deepin 2014.3 EOL date was or is. Deepin 2014.3 was using Wine version 1.5 and in Deepin 15.1 it uses Wine version 1.8-2. It may be your legacy program might need older version of Wine to work. I will let you know if I find solution with the current wine in Deepin 15.1

Inkscape just Rocks! Gimp also rocks! I use them both. There is no need to use Windows apps for professional graphics design/editing.

Common vector standart graphic industrials in Indonesia is cdr. Of course I could export to png but it's a freeze format. Usually my clients need original/ raw file. That's why I need cdr. But you're right, Inkscape just rocks solid.

I finished to test wine on Deepin 15.1 and was able to install all my programs okay. Just install wine and mono-runtime if you do not want to use DeepinCrossover. Double clicking the program installer prompts Crossover but you can run wine space program file name from the command line for the first install. and after that additional wine installs can open with mouse and select wine installer.
From what I read on your program CorelDraw11 its been a ongoing problem for years trying to get it to work right in wine the link I provided above gives instruction of what to do to get it to install with the DLL files.
Your best solution to run that program maybe VirtualBox. VirtualBox runs well on Deepin 15.1
