The suspend saves at Ram and works ok. Hibernation saves at swap and sleeps the system, this button do not exist.

I do not see a button either. I would like to hibernate one of my system too.
The Debian Jessie Wiki only mentions a gnome hibernate status button extension.

Nothing to install
All you have to do is to create a shortcut in the Keyboard Control Center > Shortcuts
Name it Hibernate for example then type this command: systemctl hiberbate. Enter the shortcut you like then test it. It should work.
