[Solved] Issue with missing bulgarian - bds keyboards layout

After upgrading deepin from version 15 to version 15.1, bulgarian keyboard layout is missing. In keyboard layout there is only bulgarian phonetic layout.

I fix the issue with changing display language to English. After restarting Deepin, bulgarian layout come back.
