I'm using Deepin 15 since the very end of beta2 and because I didn't do a clean install (installing Deepin 15 from the official media instead of upgradeing it) my repo is still the unstable (deb http://cdn.packages.deepin.com/deepin unstable main contrib non-free) repo. So what's the official repo for Deepin 15?

And how did you install Deepin? Did you download the latest iso from the website or upgraded it from an unstable version? Because your source is the same unstable repo as I use. The only difference is that I'm in Hungary, and I had to use the http://cdn.packages.deepin.com/deepin/ unstable main contrib non-free because the http://packages.deepin.com/deepin/ unstable main contrib non-free was way too slow so my system could not even connect to it.

That's strange. Because if it's an officially released distro, then why does it use it's unstable repo? I don't get it.
And because it's an unstable repo, several packages are missing from it. In my case 63 packages of 160 are missing. And because i needed those packages, i had to add the official Debian stable repo.

the stable branches of Debian are very slowto update, and older software. I think they needed the modern qt 5 for the desktop

Did it work ok to add the debian stable ? I would think it would cause problems.

I only tried to install Kid3. And then came the big SURPRISE: kid3, kid3-core and all of it's dependencies are missing from the repo. So i started to download 'em one by one when I realized that I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MORE THAN 100 PACKAGES... That's why i added Debian's official stable repo. Try it out. Change your mirror to http://cdn.packages.deepin.com/deepin/ unstable main contrib non-free and then try to install kid3 and see what happens...
