I was wondering if I could change from Deepin 2014.3 install over to deepin 15 alpha 2 version by symply typing "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" ?

Thanks

I doubt it. 14 is Ubuntu-based, and 15 is Debian-based. Almost everything Debian can work on a Ubuntu platform, but the reverse is not true. I'm pretty sure that a fresh install is the only way to get 15 running.
