这个好像不是全角半角的问题，而是中英文符号的问题。
例如，在全角模式下输入
“\”
得到的是
“＼”

已经全角，但输入不了全角符号．句号也是实心的，顿号无法输入sougou.png

半角，中文符号的情况下，按下删除字键的旁边的那个"\"键就可以打出来了

显示速度，我记得这不是很好使的，
在fcitx的设置全局设置勾选底下的高级设置外观勾选显示输入速度
