I have noticed this with Firefox, where you can double click on the browser full screen and the top of the window will move up above the top of the screen so you can't move it or close it, unless you close it on the dock. But when you re-open it, will still be off the top of the screen.

You can't access the close button, because the close button is on the title bar and the entire title bar is off the screen.

Do you mean full screen mode (F11 )? My firefox works no problem.

No, I mean if you double-click on the titlebar when the window is full screen.
you download firefox addon HTitle (that is hide title bar then go to addons and select preference in HTitle and check hide titlebar always that will work
