Did you try "sudo apt-get install fglrx"?

Hi nicky1212! Welcome to Linux!
The best option for installing proprietary drivers on ubuntu or ubuntu based derivatives, is by using the Driver Manager (sometimes called Jockey). To do so, press your windows key and type "Driver Manager." Then select the appropriate driver (do not use fglrx-updates as this is a beta driver!). If you have anymore troubles let us know
