    Afternoon everyone.  After updating I lost the launcher and the Control Center.  I found the re-install for the Control Center on the forum and it worked like a champ.  However, when I click the launcher icon or go to the top left corner I am getting a blank screen, can not search and have no ability to add icons.  Any thoughts?

    Sorry to bring trouble for you and thanks for your report
    Please execute the following command in terminal:
    1. pkill dde-launcher && dde-launcher
    Copy the Code
    hope it will help to solve your problem.

    Hi, and thank you for the reply, however, I have executed the command and I am still seeing the same behavior.  I click on the launcher icon and I get the screen but can not search, I see no app icons, and can not add any icons.  Other thoughts?  Thanks in advance!

    Same issue with me, no control center after update.

    This fixed my issue with the control center: Give that a try.  Now if I can get launcher to work I will be loving this!

    So just to update everyone.  I created a new account and launcher is working as expected under the new account.  Deleted the old account and created a second account as the name of the deleted account and launcher is working under that account as well.  Still not sure of the root cause.  Hopefully this doesn't happen again, can't keep deleting accounts, but for now I think I am good.  Thanks for the help!

    Thanks for your report. We have now strengthened the stability of system update and will push update every two weeks. Also we will continue to improve the stability in future.
