Deepin is based on Ubuntu 13.04 LTS and will probably get its kernel updates on time with Ubuntu. I am not sure whether they push a new kernel in the near future but certainly with the 14.04 upgrade.
If you can't wait for that you are always free to add a ppa and update the kernel yourself.
