    在用户目录下 有一个叫 模版的文件夹。
    新建一个空白文本 文件名字随便写比如： txt.txt
    之后右键，创建文档里有个叫 txt的 生成之后默认名字为 txt.txt

    用这个方法可以建立 excel word 等等模版
