base: org.deepin.foundation/20.0.0
runtime: org.deepin.Runtime/20.0.0
需要少量依赖的，用UOS v25内置的uos-rootfs-20子系统里面apt download。

RT，现在这两个应用暂时没有在龙芯版应用商店上架，安装也稍不方便。
另外，由于UOSv25与Deepin25对于liblol的使用方案不一致，导致星火商店的微信和QQ在这两个系统中不能通用。
同时，在UOSv25中使用兼容模式（distrobox的uos-rootfs-20环境）安装，在使用滚动条滚动长内容时，会有明显卡顿，体验不是很好。
现在打包成玲珑包，直接下载安装，适用于UOS V25及Deepin25。
