I am experiencing issues with Linyaps applications on deepin 25 after updates. Below are two cases:
org.mozilla.firefox-nal
On March 27, the app store showed Firefox Linyaps version 149, however:
sudo ll-cli upgrade
On the following day, Firefox would not start at all and did not even appear in the System Monitor.
While investigating via terminal:
ll-cli list
ll-cli run org.mozilla.firefox-nal
org.deepin.runtime.dtk
After installing this package, trying to run Firefox again resulted in the system reporting that Firefox itself was not installed.
Additional attempts:
ll-cli install org.mozilla.firefox-nal --force
ll-cli uninstall org.mozilla.firefox-nal
Even after removing older versions, the issue persisted. The only solution was to completely remove Firefox and reinstall it.
org.deepin.editor
After a silent update (no user notification), the application stopped working.
Solution:
System: deepin 25.0.13 (Internal Testing Channel)
