我之所以特意反馈，是因为我在论坛以及Facebook页面上看到，许多其他用户也遇到了类似的情况。有趣的是，大多数遇到问题的用户使用的是Lenovo笔记本。

我自己有两台电脑，均为HP EliteDesk，虽然CPU和内存配置不同，但在两台机器上安装25.0.10镜像的过程都非常顺利。

起初我以为是论坛或Deepin Facebook页面上的用户在制作USB启动盘时出了差错，但显然事实并非如此。我希望能通过我的反馈，协助您更好地定位这个似乎经常出现的故障。

我个人的解决办法是，回退使用25.0.01

最新的25.0.10的镜像，不知道为何就是在一些非常老的电脑上（比如G41）平台无法启动正常的安装程序，表现也是黑屏。

不知道是否和UEFI的CSM模式有关，也许Legacy BIOS引导模式已经无法正确引导安装程序了。

I feel sorry for you. 😢 There is a workaround though. Well, kind of... Connecting external display 16:9 via HDMI or VGA ports should work, if your laptop does have such ones. I do sincerely hope it helps.

"Deepin-installer-live"s malfunction lies at the core of this bug. I have experienced it myself multiple times on various hardware - desktop, laptop and tablet. The interesting thing is that "LightDM" works perfectly, so once you have gone through the Deepin installation, and the Deepin pre-configure routine, the system itself will boot in graphical mode properly on your laptop-screen.

Don't worry about it. I specifically reinstalled it with 25.0.10 (which was already on there before) just to see if it works and if I can find a simple workaround.

I also tried the external monitor thing via the Display Port (DP) interface of the T420 notebook. Then I switched in the BIOS so that it should only use the external monitor, but unfortunately that didn't work either.

And I thought to myself, if it doesn't work I can make a clean report, which I have submitted.

Of course it's running again now with the current release, starting installation with 25.0.1 and done.
