    最近好几个软件源都有这种情况。我的debian系统被403了3个软件源，阿里，清华和中科大，不知道怎么回事。目前就华为的一直正常。

    现在越来越多的宽带不给公网IP地址了。而是一个片区，很多个用户共享一个IP地址池。难免会遇到一个公网IP地址被多个人使用。

    你可以试试登录路由器，重新拨号一下宽带，运营商可能会换一个公网IP。然后再试试可能就好了。

    你可以试试登录路由器，重新拨号一下宽带，运营商可能会换一个公网IP。然后再试试可能就好了。

    然而这个光猫绑死了拨号路由功能，也不给密码。
