I ve tried manually trigger the upgrade process via terminal:
sudo apt-get install dde-control-center libdtk6core libdtk6gui libdtk6widget
but the same results:
-- at the moment it seems that the necessary packages wasnt updated on official server
-- or maybe those packages were updated however it isnt yet available to download for daily users
(I have another idea: maybe those packages are part of the internal testing repos witch require level 4 membership...)

deepin-update-ui package not updated 
Hi,
Since the last update, i can't update this package : deepin-update-ui to version 1.0.38
I have this message on apt dist-upgrade :
The following packages were retained:
deepin-update-ui
And if i use synaptic, he tell me :
deepin-update-ui:
Dépend : dde-control-center (>=6.1.63) mais 6.1.58 doit être installé
Dépend : libdtk6core (>=6.0.50) mais 6.0.46 doit être installé
Dépend : libdtk6gui (>=6.0.50) mais 6.0.46 doit être installé
Dépend : libdtk6widget (>=6.0.50) mais 6.0.46.1 doit être installé
